I was in the ER 7/13/19. I am from out of town. I received THE BEST CARE! Kudos to Rachael the RN that took care of me! She put an IV in so quick and painless. Amazingly helpful and great communicator! I hope I never go back but if I do I hope she’s my nurse

My 81 year old mother had a complete hysterectomy May 21st at this hospital. The Surgeon was excellent. The rest of the staff is questionable. The nurses couldn't answer any questions unless you needed directions to the restroom. I'm guessing this hospital is a 10 unit hospital. All beds were empty with the exception of one other patient. To shorten my review, the care after surgery was "TERRIBLE". My biggest concern was upon her release she was not seen by any physician, was released 18 hours after major surgery, but when I pulled into the parking lot to pick my mother up she walked out the door totally unattended. A wheelchair may not have been necessary but someone to accompany her was a MUST. I'm thankful she didn't fall, she was wobbly on her feet, and no further injury resulted from this lack of care. Wow! I wouldn't recommend this hospital. I hope the care in the nursing home area is better. This place is very concerning....

sam interesting surname

The nurse kept teasing me by saying "pizza time" but alas there was no pizza in sight nor Tobey Maguire. Most dissapointing make a wish foundation outcome.

Twice now we have had problems with paperwork not being properly filed or long delays in faxing paperwork to appropriate facilities. One resulted in a denial of payment from the VA for emergency services, and one resulted in delay of payment from supplemental insurance. Now we owe more than we can pay, and have no money to pay bills. Thinking about going to a different facility.

The only reason this place is getting a one star is because of the nurse. this place is a joke a money suck and everything else. They should have declined us as they could not have taken our medical issue and they should have sent us to Spooner. The doctor his name started with a C (I can't remember some weird name) could not even tell me why he was ordering chest x-rays for my son and what he was doing. But since he was a minor ME as the parent had no say. (hmmm what a racket) the chief of staff and the county and everyone else will be getting a letter. DO NOT go here- I think the 5 stars on here are coming from people that had a cut and needed a bandaid not something serious. GO TO SPOONERS HOSPITAL not here
