I would like to give the ER staff a job well done on my treatment and their expertise. The accurate information I received allowed me to understand what was wrong so I could make qualified decisions and their response time was perfect.
The PA (Jeff) ordered all the tests kept me informed of the results. He listened to my issues and his bedside manner was 100%
I spent approximately 3 days in the hospital .
The nurses answered all my questions and I received excellent care.
Without this hospitals great staff, I would be a lot sicker.
Headed south for warmer weather.
Terrible ER experience when I broke my leg and ankle. They were not busy whatsoever, but the time I had to wait in the waiting room to even be seen while I'm in excruciating pain, holding up my crooked leg/foot- I should have just spent that time in the car heading to Parkview instead.
I will say I had 2 decent nurses that whole night, but everyone else was a joke.
This is my most recent experience with them. I have had many bad experiences with them over the years.
I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.
Beautiful hospital in the middle of Angola. Great doctors and nurses.
I am required to get an MRI of my brain yearly. I am very claustrophobic and do not like this process at all. The staff at Cameron imaging dept have always did a good job of trying to put me at ease and help me get through this process but it has always been extremely difficult for me even with their help. Today when I arrived at the imaging dept I was met with Joe and he did his usual good job =tt of talking me through the procedure and trying to get me to relax. When he had me laying on the MRI table and fastening the clamping fixtures over my head he told me he had a new device I could try if I wanted. It is a mirror assembly that attaches so that when I open my eyes I can see through the opening of the MRI tube and see the window of the control booth with Joe inside.
This mirror not only made me feel like I was not trapped in the "tube" but relaxed me to the point that this MRI experience was nothing to worry about at all.
A great big thank you to Joe and his staff for continuing to put the patient first and finding a way to conquer my claustrophobia for the first time ever.
never go there, single income no insurance on myself, kidney foundation is paying for my wifes, whom is blind, and at end stage renal failure currently on dialysis. her bills are in excess of 28k monthly. Now being sued and threaten with garnishment if cant pay bill. Thanks for offering NO type of help from Camerons Billing. I repeat never go there. take the time to go to other places, or demand someplace different.
