My NURSES who handles my endoscopy procedure were AWESOME! Very caring, listened and great at getting me prepared. They made up for the Dr acting as if he didn't care about his patients. But I would give the nurses 10 stars if possible. Thank you I would like to give the ADMISSIONS/REGISTRATION DEPARTMENT KUDOS as well! These ladies/gents do not get the recognition they deserve! They were kind, courteous, made registration easy and made me feel and all the other patients I saw there, that we mattered and that they were there to make the process easy and fast. Thank you ladies!

I was very impressed with everyone I saw. I forgot my paper work and the admissions staff took care of it with no problems. The technologist in ultrasound was professional, without being scary. The Nuclear Medicine staff completed my test quickly. The whole experience was top notch. I highly recommend their services. Thank you all

It should be a 5 other than a few things. The food leaves a lot to be desired and the hours, dinner at 4:45pm and then breakfast not till 8:00am. Apparently everyone is assigned a case manager and maybe ours was just over worked. My wife had a hip replacement on Tuesday morning and was admitted Tuesday afternoon. She was to be discharged on Thursday and we knew we needed a piece of equipment in our home to make things easier for her. I was told on Tuesday that the case manager would be in to see you and take care of it. I asked the same thing on Wednesday, still no case manager but was assured she would take care of it. Well two hours before discharge on Thursday she shows up and says she can't help us. That would have been fine had she showed up on either Tuesday or Wednesday but not on Thursday. Totally disappointed. All caregivers were excellent, some better than others but all very good.

I find making appointments easy using the patient portal. The staff are friendly and helpful with setting the portal up. I have had good experiences in getting info through the portal. Dr Brittany Clark listens well and is thorough in examinations. I recommend her as a primary care physician.

The physicians, nursing staff and everyone else there was extremely helpful and showed a great deal of concern for both my comfort and we'll being. They are greatly appreciated. The care was AMAZING.
