Today I met the nicest nurse's at Capital Medical Center. RN Mary Lou was so wonderful, she is very patient answering every question my daughter had. She greeted us with a great smile making sure she gave us all the information she could. We also met Nurse Teresa who also was so kind, making sure my daughter was taken care of. What a great crew your hospital has. And James was awesome. Thank you, too all of you, our day was better because of you.

I had a great experience at capital medical. I was suffering due to a sharp abdominal pain, and capital medical staff were able to promptly assess my situation and get me the help I needed. One staff in particular, Serena from the ER, helped me calm down and shake my panicked state. Professional and relational. Would recommend.

AVOID this facility at all costs. Go to ANY other hospital. Dr. Mark Larson is an incompetent Doctor He does not deserve a licence. He Should be fired. I was denied a drink of water for hours. No, there was no chance of needing surgery. I was not given any opportunity to go to the bathroom. I had to get off my gurney and struggle, (in great pain)to get to a bathroom with no help to be found I attempted to get to the bathroom finally got there had trouble and crashed in the bathroom only to find the emergency cord to pull does not work. The jerk Doctor just stood there 40 feet away refusing to help. Had to wave him over. Disgusting treatment for nine hours. I complained to the management and they "said" they conducted an investigation into the complaint. I don't believe they did anything to look into it. With two visits from hell to this emergency room in 15 years I found nothing has changed. It is a culture of lousy treatment, a lousy human posing as a Doctor, an RN than is just as bad. I never got her name. Just stay AWAY!

Had heard horror stories about Capital Medical Center so never came here. My mother was sent here by her primary doctor today. Initially received great service and care. Then just like that communication between staff and patient/family just went down the drain. NEVER AGAIN! They don't have a kidney doctor on staff to treat my mother if she was to go into kidney failure while treating a bone infection in her finger. SURPRISE! We have to transfer her to an Auburn facilty! This is after they led us to believe for 5 hours they would be admitting her and moving her out of ER.

Don't go there. Staff didn't listen to the details of my injury and I was literally treated with a staple gun and a bandaid.
I don't ever suggest you go there if you get a knife wound. God only knows how they deal with gunshot wounds. The most professional person there was the gentleman who took my insurance information.
Also the bathroom was dirty and smelled like... Well you know.
Do your self a favor... If you're hurt, go to Providence.
