We are a active duty Military family that was traveling from Texas to this area from a Red Cross emergency surgery on a family member . While here I suffered excruciating pain and was vomiting real bad . The ambulance brought me here and I knew nothing about this area . From the emergency room on 9/10/19 at night , the medical staff was outstanding . They took time to listen to my concerns . They ordered proper tests to be sure of diagnosis . I have been in medical field 15 years and they crossed every area ! They controlled pain and vomiting . The Ct tech - young man was very informative and helpful . The ER Dr even squeezed a surgery in to take care of problem next day , while still here !!! Dr trolson and his staff explained everything and handle out of state claims ! Wonderful experience and very knowledgeable ! The surgery team was so compassionate . Carla even filled my prescriptions and wheeled me to get them and to vehicle on release . The whole experience was beyond any visit I have had . I want them recognized . This is how a hospital should be . These people are the example of compassionate care ! I can't thank you enough ! Keep up the amazing standards and compassionate care ! You turned a crisis into a blessing !

Mindy , ER nurse had the most disgusting bedside manners ! Dealing with several emergencies in our family on travel and this nurse was the nastiest person to deal with ! She couldn't handle her patient and show compassion or empathy . She did one thing right and that was pass the patient to another nurse who could be all the things that she isn't . She sits at nursing station laughing about these things .Tries to get other staff to behave this way . It is a embarrassment. Why on earth would any hospital staff something like this . Please put the proper professionals in place to properly handle emergencies and those in need of care !!

Most amazing experience with my surgery. They did such a good job that I’d even recommend the surgery to anyone. Dr Teri Deffenbaugh, her office and the surgical staff exceeded my expectations. They made sure to call the next day to make sure I was okay and if I needed anything. They answered all doubts promptly and were readily available. Thank you so much for all you do. The hospital was also very clean and had tools that were super efficient so family was always aware of what part of the process of surgery we were at.

My son fell and broke his wrist. The ER staff was quick and friendly. Within the week we got him in to see Dr. Gupta. He and his staff were helpful and friendly as well. The facility is clean and modern with plenty of parking.

I was having chest pains at the emergency reception. I was taken immediately to the Emergency room. The physician and nurses were excellent. Within five minutes, the physician performed an EKG to explain that I had a heart attack. The physician advised me that a cardiologist was on the way for emergency heart surgery. I was in the operating room within thirty minutes of my arrival. Having immediate surgery probably save my life. Why someone would post a negative review on a hospital dedicated to saving lives is incomprehensible to me. CRMC is a great hospital and should receive our admirations.
