If I could give this a NO STAR REVIEW I would! They are the worst emergency department ever! You are better off driving to Roanoke Hospital! I brought me who is 16 weeks pregnant and my son who is 2 years old in there to get checked out. We waited 51/2 hours in the waiting room. While talking to other people who had been waiting almost 6 or 8 hours who were in pain that hospital didn’t care at all! I went to ask how much longer is the wait the lady states I have to use the silver box to talk to triage and when I did they told me they can’t give us a time frame. I couldn’t wait any longer than what we did. I stormed out and cursed up a storm on how they are the worse hospital because they are! Never again will I go there! I’d rather drive 30 to 40 minutes to Roanoke to be seen by true professionals!

They are the slowest medical staff I have ever experienced. I got told it was a slow night so I should be in and out, but it took them 2 1/2 hours to even put me in a room. Once the nurse took me to the room, she immediately left without asking any questions or anything. After 45 mins of waiting in the room without anyone coming, I went out and asked when I would get seen and the people at the desk said they had no idea. About 30 minutes later a nurse finally came to my room. At this point it was 12am and I got there around 8. They didn’t think my illness was that serious until they finally came in and saw for themselves. Then I had to stay another hour to get treatment and was finally out of there around 1am. Ive been to this hospital about 2 other times and have never spent less than 4 hours here. Unless you want to wait for minimal treatment and horrendous service then do not waste your time at this hospital. You will regret it I promise.

Terrible set up. Instead of checking in for a mammogram they made me go upstairs and sit to register with the hospital. Completely unnecessary and stupid process. Said they are to change in the next YEAR but it’s too late for me. Going to another location next time.

Been sitting here for over an hour feeling faint with extremely high blood pressure. Zero stars if I could.

I would give zero if I could . My sister a 26 year old healthy young woman died at this hospital. They use cytotec to induce labor which is NOT FDA approved for such uses. On top of that they did not move fast enough when things spiraled . Do not !!!!!!! Go to this hospital
