Caro Community Hospital

Two years ago I attended "Wellness Wednesday" where I was able to receive a great blood work up that I paid for and received the results for. I was able to use the results to analyze my OWN health and determine what doctor, if any, I should take them to. I am self insured (meaning cash pay) and this allowed ME to decide what type of doctor to go to. I loved that there was a place that let me make decisions and have referred many others there for this program. Today I drove an hour to do this again so that I could compare my results. I was turned away because I didn't have a doctor referral. So, instead of being proactive in my health care I am giving up and won't be getting ANY information. As a cash pay individual I cannot afford to pay for a doctor visit then pay for labs then pay for another visit to find out that either 1 - I am fine and just wasted hundreds of dollars or 2 - I need to see a specialist. Let me get my OWN information! I am beyond disappointed in this policy change. You used to have a great program and Caro was where I would have gone to seek any further treatment. Now you are no different than anywhere else.

I went to this emergency room today to get my finger stitched up. I was visiting from out of town. The staff at this Hospital EMERGENCY ROOM are awesome!! I was made to feel welcome and comfortable. Thank you to the staff for there tenacious help. Terry O'Connor Ann Arbor, Michigan

Just back from CCH very happy with my experience there. Staff were great from start to finish. Have never had any problems there. Will stay true to my hometown hospital. Dr. Sohl is very kind and caring VERY HAPPY with him

My family and I have all been a patient here in the ED at one point in time. Staff was always warm and caring. Wait times were long but considering we waited 3 times as long in a larger hospital I would say not bad. All ERs have wait times so it waa expected.

I have been to the hospital several times and everytime the staff have been very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend McLaren to anyone I know.
