EXTREMELY RUDE receptionist. HORRIBLE customer service. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Told me I have no primary doctor there an am a new patient after TWO YEARS!!! My primary doctor retired two years ago. I was automatically assigned a new doctor. She was nice so I went with it. TWO YEARS LATER I tried to schedule an appointment, pretty urgent. Now I am told I do not have a primary care physician because mine retired... even though my “primary” who apparently was not my primary even though the doctors office assigned her, has been filling my prescriptions as a primary and every time I go to the affiliated urgent care she is set as my primary. I tried to explain this and this rude, hideous human kept cutting me off and yelling loudly on the phone that I only was a new patient... even though I have been going here for almost 3 years now. Never again will I go to this unprofessional, horrible place. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else where you will be treated with respect and your health will be treated as a priority.

Emergency room is a joke. Hours of waiting. No service. Started process and left in no mans land for 2 hours. Urgent care was concerned about heart, sent me to ER and called ahead but that was a waste. Good thing I didn’t have heart attack in waiting room.

One of the worst hospitals in North Carolina. They failed to keep visitors from upsetting my mother and kept rescheduling surgery for a AAA. It was and still is 6.5 centimeters and can burst. They sent her home with an irresponsibility party so her abuse could continue. Kathy the case manager should be fired. They don’t care about the patients. YOU ARE JUST A NUMBER!

I wouldn't advise anyone to go here unless it's unavoidable. The staff seem incompetent and most of the time they are very rude and wrapped up in their own personal issues. The doctors don't seem to listen to what you have to say and after keeping you there for at least 8 hours and running expensive test after test, they still never seem to have any answers. It is rare that you will get a nice, caring doctor here. I went there most of my life but I have given up on this hospital, it isn't getting better, just worse. I recommend going to CMC in University, it might be further away but it is worth it to be treated like an actual patient, and be heard and treated accordingly.
