The staff was friendly and the class i had to attend was okay. A three and a half hour experience to have to reschedule pre-op because I have a life besides waiting at a hospital when I had an appointment. The good news is that I get to waste another day and my time to go back. I’m not sure I want to have my surgery here. I never had so many issues between 2 prior surgeries, or 8-9 days off of work just for appointments for a simple surgery. Frustrated and may just cancel all of this.
I wanted to update my situation. I received a call from a manager and I’m bad with names, but we figured out what went wrong, well her not we. Stuff happens and that’s why I like the review system, because if I didn’t leave a review of truth, it may not have been corrected. The staff quickly found a solution, and I think that’s all anyone can ask for. Mistakes happen; but it shows a lot to me when the issues get resolved. I updated my rating. I’m not having the surgery I need, but that’s another story.
