I have never before encountered such a fantastic group of caring professionals in a hospital setting. Ever. The ICU staff and many others helped to make what was a horrible situation so much more bearable and comfortable. After 10 days on life support, we lost our teenage son, but Cartersville Medical Center will forever be a place that I would highly recommend to anyone. We could not have asked for anything more, as they not only attended to our son around the clock, but went above and beyond to accommodate our needs as well.

I had a scary by WONDERFUL experience! Dr Simmons is AMAZING and his staff is as well. Hope in his office is the sweetest thing ever. Down stairs in Imaging...they all are wonder as well. Danell is also AMAZING and makes you feel so comfortable and at ease. Thank you all! I HIGHLY recommend Cartersville Medical Center (Harbin Clinic). Lori

I was admitted to the ICU after experiencing high blood pressure in the ED. The doctors and nursing staff worked diligently to get my BP down while I was in the ED. They were unable to stabilize my BP so I was taken to ICU to have treatment to prevent me from having a stroke. I was in ICU two days and released. All of the staff was very professional and took very good care of me around the clock. The care I received was excellent from the time I was admitted to ED until I left ICU. I was treated like a family member. I felt comfortable and safe and knew I was receiving quality care. I would definitely use Cartersville Medical again in the future. Thank you all for great care.

Professional and courteous. Update: recently had outpatient surgery. All the staff exceeded what I expected for my situation! Best experience I've had at any medical facility! Thanks for the awesome job!!

Terrible. My husband was so sick, dizzy, upset stomach. When he moved he threw up. He could not walk. We arrived before 12:00. He was taken to a room. We waited. They got temp. and blood pressure. Both were high. When the doctor finally came in, he ordered blood work. He said husband was dehydrated, ordered IV. We waited 2 hours! I kept going to nurse to find out what was going on. He finally got the IV. After an hour I had to find nurse to tell her it was empty. We waited. At about 7:15 I went to nurses desk again. This made my 4th trip. I told them I had to leave, would they please put my husband in a room with many blankets, he was so cold, And I would return in the AM. I was informed then that he had been released!! The nurse was getting him in wheel chair. He had to show her the needle n his arm and remind her to remove it !!!!8 HOURS for a 45 minute IV.
