My review is based on the Pharmacy mostly as I have not used this facility for a doctor since I first had Kaiser 5 years ago. The reason I changed doctors is because the very first appointment I had the doctor looked at me and then told me he was looking up my coverage to see if they covered gastric bypass surgery on first sight. No lie. I was scheduled for a physical that was anything but physical because he just asked me questions and barely listened to my heart or touched me. I left feeling dismayed and I quickly changed doctors and facilities. I should have reported him. However I do use this facility for Pharmacy purposes on the weekend. When I first started coming to Kaiser you had to either order your medicine for mail delivery or pick it up within their normal Monday-Friday business hours. That changed. This facility is open on the weekend Saturday and Sunday 9-6pm I know the workers probably hate it but it is a huge convenience to be able to roll in here on a Sunday...be greeted and leave within 5 minutes if your prescription was already ordered. My doctor had to re-do my prescription which he did but he didn't get it filled. I mentioned that to the pharmacy tech on duty and she said no problem have a seat and I will prepare it for you. Took all of 3 minutes. In and out. No one was there when I arrived but folks slowly trickled in for the same service. I love it. This location is secluded down the road on the side of the Kroger Plaza to the left. If you don't frequent this place you would never know it was back there.

Appointment at 10 am for mother. After fifteen minutes asked if there a problem. Doctor running late. Been to three rooms...placed in third room at 11:50..it is now 12:13 still waiting to see Doctor. No nurse or anyone has come to check on us. Open the door trying to find a nurse for assistance. Only doctors charting at station. Serious decision must be made. Bet frustrated

The worst service.

Really enjoyed coming here for the first time. This building is hidden but it's very easy getting here. The employees were very nice and they made me feel good because they knew I was sick. They're really fast. I was in and out in one hour. I would recommend this place to anyone!
