If I could leave 0 stars I would. Doctor and staff extremely uncaring. My wife had internal bleeding from a ruptured ectopic in her Fallopian tube. The doctor said she should "go home and sleep it off until the next day". We went to Union General and they gave her 2 blood transfusions and performed surgery within an hour to save her life. If we would have taken the advice of this doctor, my wife would have died. This doctor is very inexperienced and uncaring. We told him her medical history and what she was dealing with and he said her symptoms of vomiting and diarrhea were likely caused by a virus. Stay away from this hospital if you can help it!

This hospital is great I recommend Doctor Moore he actually listens to his patients and I don’t recommend doctor Conrad

I was referred to Chatuge for MRI and my Insurance said they approved my visit,but couple days before my visit, someone called and said the I needed to come up with a 300$ plus Just to even do the Mri! I tried to work out a payment plan but she needed 30%down which I can give you 15% down and the rest in 2 weeks as I'm on a fixed income..
This is a serious infection and could be a life threating....
I don't want to do BUSINESS with people like this! Mary in the BUSINESS OFFICE,your customer service sucks!!!

I went in to have lab work done as it's the only Labcorp in the area. While drawing the labs they told me they don't have the kits needed to complete two of the tests. They did not tell me in advance or I would not have started. This was Friday morning 8:00am. They said I could come back Monday and complete. As I was leaving I was told give it until Tuesday. I came back Tuesday morning and there was completely different staff there. Then I was told they ordered the kit Monday but they have no idea or control over when it will arrive. They said they would call me when it arrived. Thursday morning I called rather than make a third trip. I was told no one there has any idea about the tests I had or the kit. I asked to speak with the lab mgr who I spoke with Tuesday and was told she is away at an meeting. On Tuesday they put my lab order on their cork board so it would be there when I returned. The woman I spoke with today said it's not there.

I've waited three months for my doctors appointment. I went in ten days before as directed to have the labs done. Now I will have to reschedule my appointment and wait three months and have the labs redone. It cannot be done far before the appointment as things change. Everyone had the attitude it's not my problem. Never again will I go there.
