If I didn't have to I wouldn't check a star. Took a family member some personal items left 5he items at the desk with a worker. My family never received the items and now they can't produce them at all. Please if you leave anything for a family member take the name of the person you left the items with, the date, and the time.

Got here at around 5 and all that has happened to my daughter is they give her a bag of fluid and 2 shots and took blood for testing and the fluid has been gone for 2 hrs and only seen nursing staff 3 times and had to use call light for one of those and nurse was rude and said patients was pouring in and was going to be a while but I have been watching hall and haven't see anything. I think they are riding the insurance company and not worried about the patient and family. Still here after 5 and a half hours and still no end in sight. Will not ever return here again go to Redmond.

Worst experience of my life. Took my daughter with severe pelvic pain, finally after hours and hours Dr. came in stating she had several cyst on her ovary and with that being said he told us they couldntc do an ultra sound as there tech was on vacation, that they had no OBGYN on staff. Told us to see one the next day. Duh tomorrow was Saturday. Sad that I thought it would have been better after it became Floyd but that didn't happen either..

It's a really nice, orderly place. It stays very clean & organized, plus they have great staff and pretty comfortable patients! A large parking area, with a covered drive up at the front door. The lobby area by the check-in desk is a comfy home style waiting area. Also on Friday at 6pm in the cafeteria, there is an AA meeting there .

A moderately small cut on my 8-year-olds chin required us to end up at the CMC Emergency Room around 5 in the evening on a Wed. (We tried both Urgent Care Centers but they said we should go to the ER.) The emergency room wasn't busy at all - maybe 4 patients. Three hours later a doctor and nurse finally came in to apply skin glue to the cut. They didn't really seem to know what they were doing and just plastered the glue all over the wound like a 3-year-old with a glue stick and then sent us home. Having had skin glue used before, I knew this did not look right and you could immediately tell the glue had not sealed the wound because you see fluids building up under it. Sure enough, by the middle of the next morning the glue had fallen off and the wound was open again. I decided to just deal with it at home. I can't believe that I wasted 3 hours and a huge co-pay for this level of incompetence and lack of effective treatment. I highly recommend driving to anywhere to avoid going here and keep skin glue in your home kit. You can't do any worse.
