Had an issue with my gallbladder, my husband and I chose to drive an 1hr and half and bypass 2 ER’s due to the reviews....let me tell you that I am so glad we did. The staff and doctors at Cherokee Indian Hospital gave the best care and service I have ever seen from ANY hospital ever. I have gone to many hospitals with family members and have had two C-Sections from different hospitals and they still didn’t have the hospitality that these wonderful people had and I was out of state on vacation when I had to go to this ER. You can tell that they truly care about taking care of their patients and making sure you and your family are as comfortable as can be given the situation. I can’t speak highly enough of this hospital, if you are in need of an ER and can make here then I highly recommend that you do...you won’t be disappointed.

Very impressed with the ER staff. Out of towners with a mountain bike accident. Can't say enough good things about Dr Ross and our nurse, Renee. Seen quickly, treated well and professionally.

The level of care is so incredible! From out of the area and started experiencing possible miscarriage symptoms. My husband was nervous about going to a smaller facility like this one but I was too panicked to wait to get to a bigger hospital. SO HAPPY we came here. Every single staff member from the intake nurse to the ultrasound tech made us feel comfortable and cared for. They went out of their way to ease our minds, and to make sure I got the meds I needed and that I was properly informed. I felt a village of support . If you guys are reading this, I really needed that. Thank you.

Took my girlfriend in with a 103.8° fever. She was not given an IV for fluids, only over the counter medications and a bottle of water. The ER staff had an attitude that could only be described as lackadaisical. Their diagnostic skills could be likened to that of an overweight, perpetually sweaty garage mechanic with three teeth pointing at your engine and saying "well there's your problem". Had her situation been life threatening I have no doubt that I would be planning a funeral today (unless they sent her to Mission). I really wish there was an option for 0 stars. I've seen better medical care in 3rd world countries. TLDR; don't go here. You might die.
