The lady at the front desk in the Er with the brown an blonde hair was rude an had attitude I understand the job is agervating but I’m a manager at a restaurant an I still have a nice attitude no matter how bad it is bc thts my job

I have called to get a simple answer for a simple question and I have been transferred to about four persons and the last one just hang up on me without giving me an answer. She did not act in a professional manner. Rude!!

I had outpatient shoulder surgery this morning and cant say enough how good the entire staff was. Very caring about my comfort along with that of my husband. Dr. Distefano and the whole team...you are awesome!

Had over a 6 HOUR wait to only have the RN tell us MORE information than the DOCTOR did!! We had to ASK the RN to explain to us what was going on and she said “the doctor didn’t go over that when he came in”, we said no, so she got him to come back in and he acted as if he “could NOT diagnose” without more testing beyond the ER, BUT cultures and bloodwork were done and he said it “may be Bursitis”...... nothing’s changed but the NAME at this place!! Go to CPRMP or Florence ER!

Came in for help with a spider bite and it took hours for anyone to even call me to the back to be checked. Don't recommend anyone to go to this Hospitals emergency room EVER
