Chi St. Vincent Hospital Hot Springs

I was taken to the ER on 7-15-19 after an accident at home. I was very disappointed. The lack of care was shocking. The doctor said I had a concussion but did not do a CT scan. I was not told anything by the doctor of what to expect with a concussion or what to do and not do. It is now almost 10 weeks later. I still have headaches day and night with the sensitive to light and noise. I have now been to Little Rock for a CT scan. My hand was also hurt. A x-ray was taken in the ER. I was told it was not broke. An assistant put a splint on. There again no directions of how long to wear the splint or anything. A month later my family doctor told me that my hand wasn't even in the x-ray! I now have an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon. Very, very disappointed with this ER! If at all possible, I will try to make it to Little Rock and not stop at this hospital.

Went to the ER 10-4-19. I was immediately taken back and taken care of (I was honestly amazed). The staff was compassionate and professional. I wouldn’t say one thing bad about the care I received. Well done!!

Had an outpatient procedure here, and it was the best hospital experience I have ever had. Staff at the door, admitting windows, intake, nurses, anesthesiologist, and my doctor all went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, and understood what was going on and why. I would recommend St Vincent to anyone.

My husband I were in Hot Springs for a work conference and he got sick. He ended up getting admitted into the hospital. I could not have asked for a better experience. The staff were very friendly and made us feel comfortable. The doctors were nice and very informative. The nurses and doctors were very through. When they were in the room they were not rushing to leave. they took all the time that we needed with them. The hospital itself is very clean. I hope to never have to come here again, but if I have to I would not hesitate.

The only thing they hurried for was who to bill which was the first thing they ask. Then we were put in a hallway from a room in the ER to wait for scan results. There were 4 patients in the whole ER. And they are not pleasant at all. Sadly this is the better of the two hospitals in town but honestly I think you'd be better off taking your chances treating yourself. This place is laughable! But I guarantee they don't get paid based on their service
