Ive lived near here my whole life and had to use this place numerous times. With that said, I've Never had a good experience here and have been sitting here literally a hour and half waiting for a couple stitches in girlfriends hand. Empty except for the child being observed for a period of time for possible reactions. Take the time and drive to Conway. Shouldn't even give them one star but I had to to make a review. Time before last I was here I was told I was on drugs (meth and heroin ), then a few minutes later the nurse came in laughing about the fact the Dr was reading and notating the wrong chart with my information.

The first nurse and the Dr was nice .. I'm single mom so I had no choice but bring my youngest 2 with me when I took my daughter . Nurse said it was fine when the other 2 nurse's came in they was rude told me and my other 2 had to get out they could have been nicer about it .. and then got mad when I told them she needed help to bathroom because I been helping her she was getting dizzi then when they released her they wouldn't even help her out she almost fell . Will not be going back .

Wouldn’t even call this place a hospital my sister took my nephew here last night with flu like symptoms and they where out of flu strips!! They laughed at the fact that they would have to take his blood instead. ( not even 2 yet) She was very worried and every person in there was laughing at her like she shouldn’t bring her son

I have waited almost a week to post this review because I was so angry about the way I was treated by the attending doctor and still very sick but to humiliated to go to another doctor. It took a push from a family member and what felt like almost dieing before I would even consider going to see a doctor about my problem. The ER was empty so they got me right back. The nurses were wonderful. Then the doctor came in and wanted to know if I understood what an emergency was, when I told him what my problem was he didn't believe me and said there was nothing he could do. He was very arrogant just plain mean. I just walked out, I won't even see a Doctor unless I have something I consider serious and to be treated like an attention seeker crazy person has made me never want to see another doctor. I have lived about 23 miles from this hospital for 40 years and this was my second time there, the first time I was taken by ambulance. I do not recommend.

It doesn't deserve a 1 star...no one should have to wait 4+ hours in pain in an e.r. room to see a Dr! This is ridiculous, disrespectful of patients, and definitely not worth the hefty price tag it's going to cost me and my insurance!!
