The facility was established in 1970 aiming to serve the residents of Childress County. Childress Regional Medical Center features an emergency room which is recognized as a Level IV Trauma Center.
The hospital provides inpatient services with 39 licensed beds and a dedicated birthing center, in addition to the surgical services. On the other hand, the hospital provides multiple outpatient services including imaging, chemotherapy, radiology, and Rural Health Clinic. CRMC also features a rehabilitation center.
