As I was leaving the hospital after visiting my brother. I heard a nurse at the nurses station tell another nurse that a patient needed another bed because it sunk in the middle. The other nurse said to tell him to get off the bed. I was shocked she was laughing about it. Is this the way they treat the patients. They dont want to be in there, they have medical problems. That nurse should not be working in a hospital where patients need help.

Finding the emergency room at night is ridiculous, no lighting where the EMERGENCY sign is, then the GPS tell you to turn left on second Street, and there's no street between 3rd Street and ocean drive. ...I guess 2nd Street is the entrance to the emergency room, which is NOT even a street...LIT UP THE WORD "EMERGENCY " so people who's not familiar with the area can see the entrance at night... it's already so stressful knowing your loved ones are ready to go home and one can't even find the freaking place.

Very disappointed. I was born in this hospital and have had several surgeries here..But no more. They have this place so screwed up you have to park a hundred miles away unless you use valet parking which I refuse to do..the nurses here are very unfriendly and rude. As I said I'll die on the way to somewhere else before I ever come back here..its blazing hot in my room and you cant adjust the thermostat. Its controlled at the nurses station so your rood is whatever temperature they want it to be

I’m here now. It’s 7pm on 9/10/19. 7th floor. Service on this floor “Sux”. Nurses very inconsiderate to patients. It bothers them if ask for anything. Room had no AC all day, no TV, no soap/towels/running water. Finally brought me supper at 6:30 pm. Nurse guy left it foot of bed. Could not reach it. Finally got it on side of bed. Very hard to eat. Food was not fit to eat. Cold and distasteful Very unprofessional Equipment malfunctioned several times. Nurse keep swapping them out for another one Every one entering room has to walk over and raise the sheet and look at your privates. I V nurse took twice to accomplish inserting needle in back of hand Will never come here again Hopefully get out of this dump tomorrow.

But it do

The emergency rooms parking lot is 0.9 miles away from the emergency room itself and the roads near the hospital are incredibly confusing to navigate through. Finally getting into the ER after much confusion we were met with a very rude staff and a doctor who could give two s**ts if we needed immediate attention. I shouldn't have to go out of town to seek medical attention, but it would be quicker and more efficient.
