Finding the emergency room at night is ridiculous, no lighting where the EMERGENCY sign is, then the GPS tell you to turn left on second Street, and there's no street between 3rd Street and ocean drive. ...I guess 2nd Street is the entrance to the emergency room, which is NOT even a street...LIT UP THE WORD "EMERGENCY " so people who's not familiar with the area can see the entrance at night... it's already so stressful knowing your loved ones are ready to go home and one can't even find the freaking place.

But it do
But it do

The emergency rooms parking lot is 0.9 miles away from the emergency room itself and the roads near the hospital are incredibly confusing to navigate through. Finally getting into the ER after much confusion we were met with a very rude staff and a doctor who could give two s**ts if we needed immediate attention. I shouldn't have to go out of town to seek medical attention, but it would be quicker and more efficient.

Was treated for a "Widow Maker" heart attack. The staff could not have been nicer. The surgeon was excellent. This hospital is a true life saver! Thank you all again.

Worst hospital ever. The emergency room was great but when they admitted me I was sent into the bowels of hell. The 8th floor was so bad I didn't even know what room I was in. Prior strokes left me with a bit functioning left side. I had broken my right wrist this time and they casted me from my fingers up past my elbow. I couldn't do ANYTHING. I couldn't eat, couldn't get comfortable in bed (yes, I'm 6'5'), couldn't sleep at all, NO SLEEP. I was miserable. Should I go on? My night nurse disappeared. My IV came out and no one answered my call so for 20 minutes I laid there and I yelled for help. Pain management does not exist. I begged for something for the pain to at leasy let me sleep. I got one Tylenol 3. After I was released I called to complain and was told the unit manager would respond in a month then I receive a survey from the 'CEO' of Spohn. Please return the survey to some address in Indiana.

Bad stay... Bad hospital. I'm never going to another Spohn... EVER!!!
