On vacation ,brought my daughter for a gash in her chin and been here 4 hrs and still have yet to be seen. She is 3 and many others came in after us and been called back none of them bleeding but my daughter. We're the last ones in the waiting room. Never again will I return and if I could give no stars I would.

Staff are slow and unmotivated, building is in poor condition, staff are in the triage room makeing personal calls on cell phones, long weight times are unexcusable,

My family and i are up here from Mississippi visiting other relatives and I had to come in here for major pains on my left kidney and the staff and hospital here have been nothing but amazing. I recommend this hospital a trillion million times! With me being miles and miles away from home I was nervous but the staff, doctors, and nurses all made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I would most definitely recommend this hospital!

When calling to ask about my birth record I was spoken to in a very rude and demeaning tone by the first operator, who then transferred me to medical records. The records representative spoke as if it was absolutely ludicrous that the HOSPITAL at which I was BORN only 21 years ago would still have that record. "*scoff* I mean, we don't keep our records forever!"
I even knew before calling that I was not going to be treated with respect, but I had to try. Lesson learned: When you know a place has uncaring staff, don't let yourself feel an inkling of faith that MAYBE they are trying to get better.
