Cleveland Area Hospital is a great and reputable hospital! They have helped me and my family numerous times and each time we are greeted and treated by their amazing faculty! I have never had a bad experience and neither will you!

Came here dreading hospitals as always. Turned out to have great customer service and extremely nice people running it. A+ in my book!

Went there after camping and got stung or bit in a few different places. Husband needed to use bathroom and lady kept pushing to ask if we were checking in. Best thing about the short visit and not being hounded about checking in was one lady offered to let my son use bathroom but I would have to watch him. Then heard another lady in there tell someone over phone while I started to fill out paperwork"we have a specimen in admissions ready." Were they talking about me or something else? Did t see any cups of piss up there and if I'm a specimen what other kind of testing were they planning on doing besides what I needed checked out? Husband and I agreed to leave.

This hospital used to be a joke. Then something changed I’m sure it was management and rid themselves of their employees. Well I guessed they’ve changed again because it is the worst experience I’ve ever had. Their E R Doctor a woman was an idiot. I went in there with bp 227/117 pulse 120 oh ya they ran tests cha ching never even administered fluids I was severely dehydrated. They stuck an IV (just the needle) and after test left me in the ER alone Fir several hours. I took my blood pressure cuff off to see if they would come check on me cuz my BP was still high. Well the minister had to show there was no no reading not even a buzzer!! So I pulled my IV out myself and left. I wish I could negative rate them. If you are in serious need of medical attention please go to a real hospital with staff that is educated and really care what’s going on.

Each time I have visited this hospital I have been greeted by workers who seem more like a family. Everyone works well together to make my experience nice and easy!
