We got a call last night that we needed to get to Wilmington, our son had been taken there by life squad. We got to the emergency dept. at 10:15, checked in, and they said they would let the doctors know. We kept checking every 15 minutes to 30 minutes cause we were still not hearing anything. At 4:25am, they let us know he was awake and talking and 2 of us could go back. We couldn't find a doctor to talk to, my son was getting dressed cause they released him, and today we still don't know what was wrong with him. He said they never told him anything either, just started unhooking everything and told him he was free to go. You do not transport an unresponsive person to the emergency room, hook him up to all kinds of machines, don't tell his family anything and then release him without saying what was wrong!!!!!!!!!!! I've never liked this hospital, now I have reason to hate it. I will be talking to an attorney about the staff.

1) May 2009 - went to the ER for stomach pains I had after a miscarriage. The Dr. Told me I wasn't pregnant and that I had a bladder infection. Sent me home in pain. Took me 5 years after that to get pregnant again.

2) August 2014 - The mother baby unit was ok. The nurses where nice, but my son came out not breathing due to cord around his neck. The nurse that gave him cpr, did it too hard or for too long, popping a hole in each of his lungs. Sent my baby to the NICU for a week.

3) 2018 - The ER Doctor Diagnosed my 1 year old with colic. When I took him to his actual Dr the next business day, his Dr told me babies his age don't get colic.

⭐ 4) June 2019 - My husband had to stay over night for some post op surgery complications. Other than a couple unprofessional nurse encounters, he was treated very well!

⭐⭐ 5) August 2019 - I went to the ER for extreme stomach pain. I got diagnosed with appendicitis, and had surgery that evening. Everyone I encountered was absolutely amazing, and took wonderful care of me!

Dr. Kaplin and Dr. Patel are amazing! I had Dr. Kaplin when I delivered my baby boy and she was just amazing!! Came by every morning and asked how I was doing and told me a million times how well I did! The nurses were absolutely the best! Always made sure I was comfortable and had what I needed. Not a single nurse was rude. They went above and beyond for me. The best labor and delivery team ever. I 10/10 recommend! Thank you guys for such an amazing experience and taking good care of Daxton and I!

The first Mammogram I have ever had. The staff was amazing and made me feel at ease. I did not have to wait at all they were quick and efficient. Great experience!
