My daughter was admitted in the burn unit of the hospital. Doctor Meyer and the dermatologists there are very knowlegable and kind. They save my daughter's life. Thanks very much for their help. All the staffs and the nurses are so nice are helpful. They take very good care of my daughter. Say thanks to the case worker, Sarah. She seeks financial assistant for my daughter and help me to solve a lot of problems. Thanks again to the staffs in burn unit.

I don't know where the minds of some of the health care providers is at. My dad's been in here a week. Some do their job in a professional manner and some pay more attention to their phones. To me this isn't the place for that. My dad's a diabetic so it's important for him to eat on a regular basis. So this morning I asked the night nurse about ordering him breakfast. She came in and took his order and said she'll call it in. A hour later food service called and asked if he's going to put in his order. I told her the night nurse called it in, she said no. So the day nurse came and took it, now he's finally eating at 920 AM. I really don't know what to think. It really shows who's here because they really care and who's here for a paycheck.

Wow, there are some bad reviews here! My mother is having surgery right now and she is very happy with the staff and service even though getting nurses to respond when she hits the call button has been hit or miss. Sometimes takes several attempts. She had to go to bathroom and no one came so she just had to get up and go on her own. And she is at risk of falling. And don't expect WiFi to work at all! I've been trying for 2 hours and even if it finally connects, it's so slow that it's unusable. In this day, this should be a simple fix to avoid complaints and frustration for people waiting! Initially, I gave them 4 stars just because my mother was happy, but after reading the continual rote response without any real replies really turned me off! How about a person actually responding to the complaints instead of copying/pasting a standard reply -- actually, I think it's any automated reply.

I been in the hospital for 2 days now. Whenever I push the nurse button it takes them an hour or more to come see what I need. This last time I was in so much pain and the nurse didn’t come into my room to check on me until 2 hours later. When I first ordered food they told me I have to eat what they send up or don’t eat at all. I told them a lot of things make me sick and nauseous so I can’t eat it they told me I have to make due with what I get or stay hungry. I asked for a wheelchair to go to the vending machine or caffe. And they refused me that. So now I’m sitting here I’m DIABETIC and starving because I have nothing to eat. The staff honestly act like they don’t care the more on their phone then with an actual patient!

Very poor communication with family. Can't call the nurses station because they rarely answer the phone. If you do get through, they say you have to talk to the patients nurse. That does happen either. I have messages for nurses and doctors and have never gotten a call back. But the worst was visiting my husband and he was lying is dried diarrhea. Also they lost his personal belongings on the 5th and as of today they haven't found them. Horrible place!
