I have been a patient here for several years, but ever since ascension bought this hospital service has dropped to worse than I could of imagined. From ER staff being rude, to the prospect Medical commons next door wait times being in the 2-3 week range and you have to wait sometimes HOURS for your scheduled appointment, it's horrible. I just tried to reach my OB nurse, and I have officially lost all faith in this system. I called about possible contractions and because I asked to just speak to a medical professional to give more information I was told I would expect a return call in 24 hours per my inquiry. My insurance policy will not allow me to go to the ER or LD or anything without a nurse putting in the notes first. I guess I have to wait 24 hours for a return call that will probably not happen within the time.

DO NOT go here if you want a provider to see you in a timely fashion, you will have to cut through a lot of BS to get to them. Take your "business" and money elsewhere if you can.

This hospital has the worst Emergency Room in the city. It’s always packed and unorganized. Today, I went to visit my mother who was in the ER, they told me she could not have visitors because she was back there in a “holding” area waiting for a room. When I called her, she told me she was sitting in a chair, in the emergency room hallway, outside someone’s room for hours waiting for her own room. I have never heard of anything like this. This hospital needs to revise their emergency department and retrain emergency department staff.

Love this place, my son was born early and the care he received from the NICU nurses was tireless and incredible and so reassuring. I'm so happy we chose to deliver here!

I'm a patient and this clinic is about average. I live in the community and dr Brett Twente has been out with a young girl Lolita they call her. This clinic needs to stop judging his life and get a life. He a grown man he can go do what he want with her. They ain't hurting nobody here so pluck off my doctors case!!

This place has the worst billing processes ever. Most of my 35 years of life I have been with Columbia St Mary's and over the last ten years or so I have experienced worse and worse processes imposed to get every penny from their customers. They are greedy from the side you do not see (managers, billing, board). Remember when you could pick up the phone and talk to your Doc or at minimum your Doc's assistant? Not here. Remember when you could ask about something else at your annual check up for free? Nope they will code it different so you have to pay. Everyone reading this needs to remember that these are businesses and that they survive by us CHOOSING to get medical attention through their facilities. Only by going somewhere else will prices fall, quality service increases and the meaningful job of medical staff return.
