Community Westview Hospital

I really had a bad experience. I was rushed to the hospital by ambulance for kidney stones, I have never experienced pain before like this. I was left laying in a room screaming and crying for 17 minutes. When the doctor entered my wife asked why I was left with no attention for 20 minutes, the doctor shot back saying it was only 17 minutes. Nurse treatment wasn't horrible, but wasn't happy with urgent care. I received a follow up call, where a gentleman asked me to explain why I was unhappy, after doing so, he immediately started to defend the hospital against everything I had told him. I told him that if he was calling to defend the hospital, that I really didn't have the time, he then hung up on me. Sounds like a terrible overall staff mentality, I wish I could have left a better review.
