The care received was actually very good, its the insurance billing that fails. I presented (have wife as witness) my insurance information, I've had the same policy for 6 years at the same address. I received a bill for the hospital but nothing for the contracted physician. BTW Davis also sent me a bill without ever billing my insurance 1st, rather shady practice when viewed from the outside. I never received a bill for the 2nd provider and was sent to collections. The collections person verified they had the wrong addresses. I called the physician's company and provided my insurance information. I checked my insurance and claim was paid in 2 weeks. In this day and age billing insurance should be easier than ever, not a hand holding process where the customer has to chase things down.

Update: I appreciate the owner's response and for paying attention to reviews, this will only help Davis get better. I would call the Patient Advocate but the insurance and physician are already paid.

Phlebotomist and Dr. Anderson were great but the real star of the show was Bonnie the radiology technician. She was thorough, helpful and kept my mind off the procedure. Thanks, Bonnie!!

Never received a call back with the results of my ultrasound, waited all night, when the pain worsen I called the ER to see if I should come in or if the results were positive and could explain the severe pain. I was told I could not receive the results and when I demanded to talk to someone who could help, I was transferred to a department that was closed. I’ve started to double over in pain and I can’t get my own results given to me. I get an answering machine. I would say run from this hospital!!!! This is how people die

Found several members of the nursing staff in the psych ward to be more concerned about following "rules" than showing compassion; it was obvious several of them were more concerned about collecting a paycheck than providing the appropriate care one would expect in a psych ward. Was also given false information about cost of care and had to make several phone calls and talk to several different people to resolve the issue. Would not recommend to anyone who has a choice in hospitals.

This is hands down the west ER I have ever been to The ER doctornif that’s what you want to call him didn’t know anything. My medical knowledge is vastly superior to his. The only reason I’m giving 2 starts is because the nurse that gave me my IV did a good job the rest of my visit was absolutely ridiculous. I felt like I lost brain cells just being in the company of the staff here
