Haven't been there in many yrs. None of my entire family will ever go back to this hospital. Never ever have I had any great experiences there. In the ER, in the hospital as a patient & getting the correct tests properly done. DO NOT USE THIS HOSPITAL. I guess it's going to make me give it a star to post. I don't want but will to warn folks from staying away from there.

I think it sucks we have to even select a star to write a review. I dont want to even give one star. I worked at dequeen medical center for over 6 months and got tired of the bs I skipped out of there June 2018 in fear of not getting paid and after the way the employees are treated like gum on the bottom of the managements shoe. And now it still continues here it is March 8 and still dont have my w2 so I can file my taxes I've called many times given my address to several people and I still dont know why they put my street address instead of my mailing address so it can get to me. Its pathetic the way people are treated by them.....

why would any one choose that place is beyond me really it takes a whole week there before the would send your x-rays to your doctor to find out if somthing is broken by then it would need to be rebroken to be set right. enough for me I won't go there if I was dying be the same as not going and just lay in a ditch some where you would be dead before you got the results lol that place is a big joke or scam

I have only used the radiology department at the DeQueen hospital. I was there on 11-19-17. Everyone I came in contact with was extremely nice, friendly and knowledgeable. That made my wait very easy. ( The wait was due to the drink for the CT). Being a little nervous, I felt right at home around everyone. I felt people were happier there now than in the past. Great job!

The triage nurse Tammy is completely unprofessional and violated HIPPA by discussing another patient's diagnosis and treatment out in the ED waiting room. We went there this past Saturday because my friend had injured his back. I remained in the waiting room but could hear the triage nurse, Tammy Morris speaking loudly to my friend. He asked for an X-ray due to the uncontrolled pain he is experiencing. She rudely told him that his condition was not an emergency and they would not do an X-ray for a non emergency on the weekend. I have been in nursing a long time and I can assure you that many of healthcare workers have lost their jobs, positions, and even credentials for speaking to a patient in this manner, and for assessing their condition before they are fully examined. Unless your medical facility has equipped your staff with X-ray glasses and contacts, they are not able to see the skeletal system without the proper equipment. The visit was a complete waste of time and money and you can expect this to be followed up on by the Joint Commission. He will be seen by an actual professional staff elsewhere.
