Wonderful people, comfortable place. A little limited in terms of technology.

I received a call from my Grandmother late in the evening on Easter just sobbing because no one called her while in the hospital. People did. Cell phone reception there was awful and a nurse would pick up and hang up on me or rudely yell at me and ask what my relationship was to her even if i called two minutes after she had called me. I had tried calling even the reception area and would get no answer throughout the day or would be hung up on once I reached nurses. Once I got her direct to the room I still couldnt call without reaching a rude person who hung up on me and eventually the line was disconnected. It should be a requirement that you treat people with respect. My poor grandmother was so lonely and the fact that I lived so far away and was denied access was wrong. Very wrong!!

Good But Annoying. I always seem to get a Doctor that's on a power trip. A lesson in Humility would be good for many of them as there out of four I have dealt with Here treated me and my family like we were so below them.

Poor patient care. Very poor.
