This review is to compliment the "voice on the phone."
I needed a blood test and my FNP is associated with the hospital so reluctantly I phoned for an at.
I've had a few passes with this facility, leaving that some of your employees hadn't gotten the memo. Never could I get an appointment or service's. I complained (see my review on Lourdes)

her name is Malia (please excuse the spelling if I got it wrong), the voice on the phone. She handled this no brainier with exceptional professionalism....
Had the paper work that was faxed. Updated the account, transferred call and was there when the call returned to her. She should be given the position of Master scheduler, in my opinion

Awesome hospital, very good food, pretty cool place

Cheryl R has no clue what she is talking about Mila never answers the phone, it's either Tammy or Stacy, if Mila answered it would be rude as usual

My sister was born there 62 years ago. How would she obtain her birth certificate?

Completely worse hospital possible. I have brought my kids here many time and got told not to keep bringing them there over little things. Brought my 13yr old daughter there couple weeks ago for 2nd day in a row for gallbladder bad pains and they LITERALLY refused me to go in the room with her the 2nd day but they let her friend in there. So my 6yr old and i stayed outside for hours. Didnt think she was old enough for them to refuse me in there. I did complain to them about not doing tests the 1st day and her doctor admitted her immediately the 2nd day. Still they did NOT do their job and VERY disrespectful.

Went in to ER with leg pain and left with leg pain..can't sleep up all night in severe pain...Dr. Didn't even give me a test or not even an xray. Came in talked to me for about 2 mins and left,, nurse came in gave me two shots in my ass and sent me home in pain..1st time in my life I left ER in pain and never got a test or anything...the worst experience ever in an ER..
