I fell of a ladder and went there hoping it would be faster than mt. Carmal east but I guess you get what you pay for the doctor didn’t come past the door said he wanted X-ray when they came back he came to the door again and said you are banged up. After a week of not being able to use my arm I went to a real doctor to find out that my rotator cuff was 💯 tear and have to get surgery if I want any chance of using it again completely
I will only bring my son here. They are so helpful and caring. We had a doctor named Ben and he found out what was wrong with my son after he was previously misdiagnosed at an urgent care. I'm so thankful for the time he took to explain to me everything I needed to know.
The receptionist at the front desk was friendly and the triage nurse was competent. Though, after being placed in a patient room, the ER doctor sent in his physician assistant to evaluate me. This physician assistant was not sure of the appropriate treatment for me, so he turned around and asked my husband what he thought should be done. I never did see the ER doctor that night. I went home. The next day I was not any better. I went to Riverside Hospital (in Columbus) where the doctors there admitted me to their hospital. MY FAMILY AND I ARE NEVER GOING BACK TO DILEY RIDGE MEDICAL CENTER!
The hospital itself is nice. However, the billing dept., and the way they do their billing is atrocious. They have sent me 3 separate bills with 3 different amounts. They extremely over charge and for the service they provide it is not worth it! I will never frequent this establishment again!!!! HORRIBLE!
Everytime I have to go, there is no wait longer 10 mins., the staff very friendly and helpful and the drs always run whatever test need to make sure what's going on, the staff/Drs, always take the time to explain what's wrong and why, they have never rushed me out the door. I've never had a bad experience yet.
