My mom is 85 and had the best experience ever with Allison (mammography technician) that she has ever had. She was gentle, caring and expedient, as mom has trouble standing for long periods. Allison even took mom during her lunch break just to ensure she had enough time with mom. Come on, who does that? Allison, you are the best and we so appreciate you!!
I have been there several times and nice environment, however, I got no help when I went here for seizure like activities. The activities came from giving me the wrong meds and then not doing anything for me when I came in. The bill came up to 2400.00 for the doctor to only tell me to follow up with my doctor. I got no meds or anything. They are a rip off in my personal opinion.

Called while my girlfriend and I were trying to find a ER to go to. Called to see what insurance was accepted and was transferred to a younger sounding lady in registration. I asked if the ER accepted Blue Cross blue shield insurance and the woman said, "Umm I think we do." So I asked if she could please check and make sure if they do to which she cut me off said, "We do." And got me off the phone. It came across not like she had extremely quickly double checked but was just trying to get me off the phone. Sorry but I'm not going to take my loved one to your ER on the girl from accountings hunch that our insurance maybe will cover it.
Very nice facility but some of the staff seemed bothered or annoyed and kept making passive aggressive comments. Just weird, unwelcoming energy, starting with the guy in Triage 1 with the blonde hair who seemed irritated when asking about my cousins medical situation. Will not be back.
