Our daughter was send here after she was born sick in November of 2017, we were with her at this hospital for 6 weeks and everyone was nice, helpful, and we her parents are very greatful for this place saved our daughter's life. Great job by all doctors and nurses. Staff at cafeteria was great too and enjoyed the food. It snowed that early December . Walked in depress with our sick baby girl and everyday we got happier watching our baby's health get better and better. Now she is at home smiling at the TV cartoons , is all possible because of you all at this hospital. Thank you.
The absolute WORST place to come and find a reasonable place to park. This place needs better parking! We have to walk really far with our sick kid just to get into the building then make it to the doctors office. Always packed. This needs to be fixed ASAP!
I am a very patient person. I spent over 10 hours over multiple days, spoke with over 30 different people in billing, and still do not know why they were billing my insurance over 11k for using just facility for an outpatient tubal insertion of the ears for my son. Spohn is billing us 2400 for the exact same procedure. Spohn has a quick response, employees that had answers, and a better doctor actually cares. We will never use this hospital.
Never fails every time I've had to take my kids we have to wait hours to be seen. While employees literally sit at the desks and talk and talk and when you ask for info on labs or xrays they just say idk.
Don’t go to the ER. My 9 week old baby was vomiting everything up with wet cough and 2 wet diapers in 18 hours. Been here 3 hours and only see a resident. They say I can’t feed him until attending sees him...at 9 weeks you can’t hold a sick baby off of feeding when they are hungry. Infants who aren’t wetting diapers is serious. Shouldn’t take 3 hours to be seen in an ER
