Driscoll Children's Hospital

I cannot say enough amazing things about this facility. In my eyes, it deserves more than 5 stars. They cover all areas! They ensure you are cared for physically and spiritually. My favorite nurses are: Annie, Gigi, Ruby, and Rhonda. We are extremely thankful for their excellent service and caring care. The only complaint I have is that the cafeteria food is too good and caused me to gain weight!

My daughter was treated with amazing care and the hospital and staff were amazing. But their billing department is horrible. We never received a bill or information about what we needed to pay until we started getting harassing phone calls from collectors. We have contacted the hospital several times and made several payments and we still keep getting harassed. The caregivers here are amazing I just wish their accounting department was as well run.

Our daughter was send here after she was born sick in November of 2017, we were with her at this hospital for 6 weeks and everyone was nice, helpful, and we her parents are very greatful for this place saved our daughter's life. Great job by all doctors and nurses. Staff at cafeteria was great too and enjoyed the food. It snowed that early December . Walked in depress with our sick baby girl and everyday we got happier watching our baby's health get better and better. Now she is at home smiling at the TV cartoons , is all possible because of you all at this hospital. Thank you.

This hospital kept a 13 year old kid waiting over 22 hours for surgery when he went to the ER for acute appendicitis! When asked why, the same answer was received...there are 2 more ahead of him! When a friend called the director of the hospital, he was taken into surgery within the hour (after waiting 22 hours). I have never seen nor heard of a hospital operating in this manner! Not recommending this hospital for anything except the Doctors’ expertise.

Not once not twice but three times now my sons pulmonologist appt has been moved not a couple days but entire months! He hasnt been seens since January and we finally got another appointment from our july one to August ok not bad then get another call that hes been moved again to November... ok fine today get a freaking call they are cancelling all of the appts for the day my son is supposed to be seen so we will book yall in when we can! I finally Express that my son hasnt been seen since January and is supposed to be seen every 6 months! I ask what if he gets sick and the rude lady says then we would put yall in! Like really! He has to be sick for you to care! Very disappointed in driscolls pulmonologist dr.office! Talked to a supervisor and she said i understand your frustration but theres no room for your son to have an appt... so now who knows when my son will be see and hopefully he doesnt get sick or have an asthma attack because some drs. Only care about money...
