I had what I would say the best care, from my doctor visits, to all the nurses and staff taking care of my needs, to my whole labor & delivery experience, even to getting discharged. Everything I've come to this Banner Health Hospital has been the best care I've ever received. I have 3 children, my 2 previous were born in CA, those I felt were extremely harder and very uncomfortable. I wasn't receiving what I would even consider decent care. This time was just perfect. I never felt like Dr.Groff or any of the nurses/staff werent listening to me or werent friendly/comforting. Everyone was so easy to talk to and things were thoroughly explained to me. I was never left in the dark about anything. I received things when I asked for them within minutes. I never had to wait for long periods of time for anything. The nurses I feel took it a step further in helping me feel comfortable and have everything I need. Changing my bedding constantly, having the janitorial staff come and clean up, then having the kitchen staff make a meal for me when they were closing since I had delivered in the afternoon/late evening. Yet the kitchen staff happily did so, the lady even came in with such a positive/happy attitude. I didnt feel like I was being needy or holding her back from going home. I wish I would have memorized all the nurses/staff that made my stay so easy and comfortable.. but I am very grateful to have had the kindest and attentive nurses on my last child. It is an experience I am happily going to be sharing. Thank-you!

I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire staff. From the woman who helped us check in-Denise, Bunny :), the multiple wonderful RN’s, and Dr. Nixon. They were always one step ahead. They controlled my pain and nausea and would allow myself to choose when to be discharged; to make sure my pain and nausea were controlled. We drove from Sterling to this hospital because the Sterling ER was the worst I’ve ever experienced. The Brush ER was the best I’ve experienced.

Gotta love the fantastic breakfast burritos. Omelettes are very tasty too. Top notch costumer service. Clean bathrooms and overall just a really nice hospital. ER entrance is on the northwest corner, well signed and well lit.

Only complaint I had was an OB nurse by the name of Erin- she was super rude to my daughter after during her stay after having her 1st child. Other nurses we dealt with were AMAZING absolutely loved Jordan!

They took care of me and my broken nose. Got me in fast. Patched me up and got me out fast
