I came in with a broken collar bone I got while I was hunting. This hospital was the closest one to me from where the incident occurred and was about a 25 minute drive. Upon arriving, I had some very expensive hunting gear just sitting out in the open on my trailer. Maintenance team took the initiative and watched over it while I was inside. Once inside I was directed to the correct spot to be seen. After about an hour I was released. Everyone working that day was extremely nice and eager to make sure I was comfortable for the time I was there. My family and me just wanted to say thank you for your hospitality and making sure I was OK!
I'm here now with my kids and my husband and they won't let me and the kids to go back there bec they only let one person back there at a time but if they ate your kids they won't let them back there either which I find stupid united regional hospital would let me and my kids go back United Regional is a way better hospital Electra is a joke
Patty in respiratory therapy is the greatest and Michelle in billing is awesome as well. These people truly care about you and go out of their way to take care of you. I have never dealt with a hospital that cares like this. Genuinely great people.
I was asked to deliver some information to the hospital or to the clinic. I asked if I could email it, and was told that I could try it. Since I was near by, it was an easy choice. I attempted to email it to the email address that I was provided. I attached the information to an email and sent it. Quickly thereafter, the email returned to my email, with a message implying that the hospital server would not accept my email. I talked to the hospital adviser, and was told to talk to the hospital IT vice president. I told him what had happened. He said that the hospital email server did not belong to the hospital. Or something like that. He said that he would not do anything to help me. And he did not do anything to help me.
Entrance is a total blank without one person available. Clinic is the same; almost windowless, cold, neutral decor, receptionist not visible from door.
Lack of respect for patients, particularly those who are older, who are sometimes treated as if they're senile whether they are or not.
I found the clerk in Rehab to be argumentative, uncooperative and rude.
