I had to visit the ER in Monroe three times this summer. Each time I was admitted quickly and taken seriously. From intake to nurses and doctors I felt cared for and reassured. Each time I left I was in great shape and all three (unrelated) diagnoses were correct.

This hospital saved my life. I was probably a few hours from death when my wife took me to ER. I had a urinary track infection that had moved into the blood. The staff effectively treated me and I was getting better. Later I started to decline and my life was at risk. A sharp nurse understood what was going on and got me transferred to the critical care unit where they had the equipment to get enough oxygen into my body. I started to improve immediately and four days later I was discharged.

Save your time, money, and health, drive to Everett. Bad at communication, very happy to give you unnecessary tests, won't make you feel valued, and will screw up billing. I've been sent to this hospital twice, and if I ever have need again I would crawl past rather than willingly be admitted. The techs are nice people though.

Went here after being visiting my normal walk-in with chest pain. Everything turned up normal but the doctor wanted me to go talk to someone at the ER and see if they think I should be admitted into the ER. They said they needed to admit me. When the doctor finally saw me she asked why I was there because they couldn't do anything the other office hadn't checked already and that I was fine. I said "I don't know they told me I needed to get checked out". When I said I would just leave then I was told I could not leave and that they now HAVE to have a bunch of unnecessary tests done. They kept me for over 6 hours doing tests for no reason and ran up my bill. When I got the bill I made arrangements with their office for payments. I got invoices for 2 months once a month and payed them as they came in. The third month I received nothing from them so I called to figure it out. I updated my information to make sure it was correct and made another payment. The next month I still received nothing in the mail. After realizing it had been over a month I called and was told that my account was delinquent. They claimed they left 2 voicemails attempting to collect payment but I never received those voicemails. They never claimed to send me anything in the mail like they were supposed to and instead turned over my account to creditors. I would not go back to this money hungry hospital if I was bleeding out. Save yourself the headache and go to Everett.

Only 3 people in the waiting room including myself and still have waited for over an hour and a half to be seen. Everytime we end up being forced here it’s always at least a 3-5 hour ordeal.
