I was pleasantly surprised by the care the staff gave me during a recent xray, followed by an MRI of my knee in Orthopedics. I also have to give a shout out to the cooks/ chefs in the cafeteria. Lunch was awesome and reasonably priced. The staff puts in a lot of hours and has to deal with many personalities, so treat them how you would like to be treated in return.

{ZERO STARS} THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. THEY WILL SCAM YOU AND YOUR INSURANCE OUT OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!!! I STARTED MY RADIATION THERAPY IN NOV 2016 AND HAD MY DEDUCIBLE MET AND TOLD THEM I WANTED EVERYTHING DONE THIS YEAR. THEY STARTED THE FIRST ROUND BUT KEPT PUSHING BACK THE SECOND AND FINAL ROUND UNTIL THEY WAS ABLE TO GET MORE MONEY OUT OF ME IN THE FOLLOWING YEAR BY A FEW DAYS. SO NOW 15 MINS WILL COST ME $3,500 PLUS COURT COST!!!!!! I SIGNED UP FOR A PAYMENT PLAN JUST FOR THEM TO SEND IT TO COLLECTIONS! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! I HAVE MORE STORY BUT I WOULD NEED MORE SPACE. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!! GO TO GRANT OR SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

My husband just recently had his gallbladder removed after going to ER. He had to stay a couple nights. All the staff was awesome and very kind.
Dr Hasl was awesome with us both. Kind and thorough. He explained everything and seemed to really care about my husband and the family. Great bed side manners from everyone.

The only reason they are getting the one star is because i have too and the rn nurse was nice.... i have never been treated so rude and nasty in my life...i took my father for help and got nothing but attitude and rudeness...the dr even hurt him more on purpose after being ask to stop...we told them we wanted a different dr and they refused the same dr returned...when we filed a complaint and i ask to see the director and was refused...i ask for a copy of the complaint and they refused told me i was to stupid to understand it..so when i took the complaint form that had our personal info on it...and told them i was no longer filing the complaint and the lady attacked me grabbing my arm and hitting me trying to take the paper back..so cops show up and i go to jail for yelling at them...really the er in this place is a joke...i tryed so hard to be nice to these ppl till they got rude and nasty with me.

Ive been coming in to take care of my client (I’m a caregiver) for starters the nurses/NA took her vitals first night and wrote them on the board in her room. The next day I arrived the same vitals were still there, nothing changed except nurses name and date.
That day the nurse asked if my client would want compression socks (SCD’s) for her legs, they didn’t even bring them I heard the nurse out in the hallway saying they were ‘out’ of them. they didn’t even tell us if there was any or if they were even trying to get the machine. That night as my client was eating they came in to take her vitals. You’re supposed to wait 15 mins after eating, having caffeine, or even smoking with nicotine use. The next day A nursing assistant came in to place my client on a bed pan and she was very rough with her considering my client is very delicate and fragile this nurse was acting like my client was 21...she is 93. Not to forget to mention it takes so long just for them to answer the call light I’m a STNA and I could do this all so much better and smoothly even for if I had a 100 patients.
