Sprained both of my ankles today. Cant stand or walk. Waited for 3 hours in the ER just to be told that they can't do anything for me because of "policy change" my condition was not considered a real emergency. They referred me to the clinic when they open. What's the point? Why even have a hospital if you cant help people when they need it? Never again.

Not the best place to be for an emergency.

working in the area, and my husband thought his blood pressure was giving him problems. called and made apt with only dr office available that day. got there, had to pay up front $140 before seeing dr, then come to find out after they take your money the dr is only a nurse practicioner who cant even write a prescription! no wonder they have sign on front door and at office window stating "loud abusive vulgar language not tolerated, police will be called" !! but then again, what do they expect when you pay that much money for zero service?! whats the point of being open if you cant help a patient,
