This review is for the birthday place at Adventist health feather river. My wife and I recently had a child here. The staff here is amazing. I really can't say enough. All questions and concerns were answered promptly. These people really care bout what the do and the people they serve. Everything we went through was explained to our satisfaction before and during the process. Even communication between staff shift changes was impressive. The only communication ball drop was about the food. We were asked if my wife ate eggs like 4 times. However we found this comical and appreciated that they continued to make sure. Plus the food was delicious and plentiful. The facilities were all clean and regular items restocked frequently. After hearing many stories about other local places to have our child I feel we made the right decision. Even our guests commented on how big the room was, how the food looked great and even 1 person was impressed that we had a shower. My wife's comfort was always priority, as it should be. To top it all off the staff has started each shift by coming to us and explaining what was going to take place over that shift. I feel that we had a very comfortable and professional experience.

Was a client for YEARS. Had to move out of state due to the Camp Fire - I have to wait until the end of February to see my new doctor. Feather River informed me today.. that even though I have been going to the SAME doctor for YEARS, and my medications haven't changed, they will not renew prescriptions over the phone now. REGARDLESS of the situation. So I guess I can just go two months with no medication.. great. Yes I know I can go to a clinic and "see" if they will prescribe me medications. However I have a rare syndrome and I'm on a medication that clinics don't typically prescribe. This is absolutely unacceptable.

I had my son last December with an emergency C-section! My nurse Megan was amazing! I had my daughter at Enloe and wasn’t given very good advice for breastfeeding and ended up with mastitis. Megan made sure she was consistent with me and helped me the whole time! Without her couching me and encouraging me to breastfeed my son I don’t think I’d be able to be breastfeeding him today! Thank you so much Megan! All the other nurses were amazing as well but I’ll never forget Megan! ❤️

By Far the Best experience besides the birth of my daughter I've ever had in or at a hospital. I walked in at 10:52am and out at 11:20am literally not even a half hour I got seen and helped out. Incredible emergency room staff. Thanks again.

For an ER it was a pleasant experience, they seemed very organized, it took a while to diagnose my condition so don't make plans for afterward. But they were very friendly, answered my questions, concerns and got me on my way to recovery while explaining how to deal with my insurance (which I had just gotten as I'm only 18 years of age and pretty new to this adult thing), it was I pretty nice experience overall, but bring a magazine.
