Colin Hastings

Came to the ER when my mom fractured her wrist. They provided quality care, but it took a while to get her pain killers despite obvious and intense pain. That said, I understand they get busy, but I couldn't give them a five star review knowing they could provide faster care if they had more staff on hand.

Horrible service, dirty... when we finally got in a room there was a container of urine sitting in the window, bathrooms had urine everywhere. My husband waited for 6 hours and didn’t receive medicine to help his issue. I will drive out of town for emergencies from now on. What a joke!

Poor management, scheduling personnel and local staff confused as to what each is doing. Had me running around, waiting for no good reason, billing dept sucks. Amount billed was not amount quoted. It might be the only local hospital, but I will leave town from now on.
