The people who work here are amazing! Everyone I met was kind and caring. My experience was so much more than I expected. Customer service is real here.

I just had back surgery and a two day stay. Alma and Marsela were my aids and both surpassed all expectations. The staff were exceptional, caring, and compassionate. Facility is clean and easy to navigate. New physical therapy director needs to learn from the staff how to act but with that single exception this was the nicest hospital stay to date.

Went in Monday morning for a spinal fusion by Dr. George Martin and was released Wednesday afternoon. I can't say enough good things about the staff here -- especially the nurses and techs. Everyone made an extra effort to be helpful, friendly, compassionate and professional. El Paso is fortunate to have such a fine surgical facility.

Came in to schedule an appointment on April 24 @ 4:36 and my child woke up from a nap crying just like a typical toddler would and the older lady in the front desk seemed to be very annoyed, rolling her eyes and using a very rude tone of voice .. not only did she seemed annoyed but she also had a very rude way of answering .... I left with a really bad impression just like the one she exhibited for people around me who noticed her attitude towards my son to the point that one of the nurses handed my son a chocolate and smiled. I believe that front desk customer service Is highly important especially in a hospital environment.

These people seem to be running some kind of scam. They send urgent-sounding, last-chance letters asking you to pay a surgical bill, when you’ve never even set foot in their facility or received treatment from them. It seems they somehow get hold of the names of people who have recently had surgeries elsewhere in the region, and calculate there is s good chance their letter will trigger a response. My insurance company could find no trace of any claims submitted to them, as would be the case for a legitimate bill.
