feedback about Fresno Surgical Hospital
I cannot thank the staff enough for all of the great care, attention to detail, and supportive nature in each individual that permeates this wonderful place! This hospital is truly amazing! The warmth and sense of humor at times were especially meaningful and assured me that I was in the exact right place for my knee replacement. God Bless each and every person and I thank you all again for all of you all you did for me! You are simply the best!
I absolutely love this hospital! I had my surgery done here for my kidney stones, and everyone in the facility was super nice and amazing. I went home the same day I can in, and after that day, they called and checked up on me, they even gave me a get well card. That was so sweet of them to do. I appreciate that greatly! The Hospital was very clean and the atmosphere had great vibes. I enjoyed my experience here. I would highly recommended this Hospital to anyone. Thank you so so much Fresno Surgical Hospital for a great experience, my card, taking care of me and everything else!
I checked in at 4:45 am and from the moment I was led to the exam room to the time I was wheeled out to my truck I was treated with respect and total professionalism. Thank you one and all and Michelle keep up the singing, you help ease the mood.
I had the best experience there! The staff members were very kind and made sure my surgery went well. Everyone was professional, friendly and even sent me a get well card through the mail and individually signed it. That was the icing on the cake. It felt like I was being taken care of by my own family. Thank you!
I had a bad experience with a nurse in Pre op trying to start my Iv. I told them up front that I’m not a good stick and that I need some preparation before they just Jab it in. This particular nurse laughed and said I’m good at what so do you’ll be fine. I told her again this is not my first rodeo, my veins roll, my skin is tough and veins are hard to find. Once again she laughed and basically told me I didn’t know what I was talking about.
I preceded to let her try! That was the roughest IV stick I’ve ever had! Once she was in ,she begun moving the needle violently under my skin looking for the vein! Finally after no luck she started to apply pressure with the needle under my skin. I told her enough and take it out! She immediately grabbed my arm and applied the worst pressure I could stand! I don’t want a bruise she said!
The second nurse tried a second time after preparing my arm, heat etc. finally got it in and it immediately stopped thereafter.
They had to replace it in surgery by the dr.
Today two days later I have a 3x4 inch black bruise on my arm! That is not exceptable! I understand you are a professional but when you don’t listen to your patients concern to satisfy your own gratification that is not okay!!!!
Wish I could send the picture of the buirse on my arm!!!!
