This is a smaller community hospital with many doctor's office located on the campus. I love the home town feel, and the personal attention. At FCHC you are not just a number, but rather a valued patient. I have always trusted their medical care, and they are great about knowing their limits and will help you get proper care. They have very friendly volunteers who help you get around on the campus and will even pick you up and drop you off at your car in the parking lot!

Very professional staff and friendly volunteers. The registrars and receptionist in the ER are outstanding and make you feel comfortable. The operator at the switchboard is always helpful in sending me in the right direction. I have all of my testing for my heart done here, close to home in Fulton County. Kind, caring and compassionate people are all I have encountered here.

This place is by far the worst hence they call it health center because its not even a hospital, the doctors and nurses have poor bedside mannors and they treat patients like there idiots, they don't even comment to clear up all the negatively, i have had all bad experiences in the emergency and non emergency side, there is long wait times with labs or anything else this is Basically a bandaid facility you would be better off going to toledo, not to mention they don't even accept Michigan Medicaid away and won't help them this is one greedy facility. If i could give zero stars i would.

Have had multiple experiences with both the emergent and non-emergent services here and have had good experiences every time. Also, their billing is reasonable and offer a fast pay discount, which is nice for a change in healthcare.

Doctors and nurses took good care of my mom here, they kept me informed on her condition and they were professional, respectful and caring.
