Garden City Hospital

I was brought in to the ER through the ambulance. The EMT staff was really helpful ,and assuring that everything was going to be okay. Once I arrived to the ER the nursing staff wasn't friendly ,and the service was really poor. I work in the area. I still get flashbacks of how poorly I was treated. I know this was the nearest hospital at the point of my medical emergency. But, this is one hospital I never want to go back to. Bad Experience.

Not sure how the rest of the care is gonna go yet but a big shout out to all the staff that assisted in the delivery of my grandson this morning they were quick professional and very caring everything moved smoothly even though Dr Haddad didn’t bother showing up until after the baby was here I couldn’t ask for a better set of nurses and the lady that delivered and kept checking on my daughter was amazing too thank you to all involved

Only a few nurses were good, horrible service, horrible food, kitchen is not open all the time 730am-9, 1130-1,and 430-6pm which is insane. Will never be back here I do not recommend coming here unless you don't have a choice.

I was recently a patient,admitted thru the Emergency Department,from October 11 to October 14. The entire staff from the ER admissions to the cleaning staff was outstanding! Everyone went out of their way to make my stay as pleasant as possible. The entire nursing staff on the second floor is outstanding. I would definitely recommend Garden City Hospital to friends and family. I live less than 5 minutes away from Beautmont/Oakwood- but Garden City Hospital will always be my choice when I need medical care. Thank you to all the doctors, nurses and all the staff!

Took my wife in to the emergency room, they put you in a room in no time but that’s where the wait starts. Nurses hate to give updates of when you will be seen and not single one cared about a patient frustration. Bad experience all around and will never go back to this hospital.
