My personal experience was when i was nine in 1983 and got stitches in my finger when i played with a fan. Reminded of it everyday when i look at my finger. Otherwise my friend's dad has been in the ICU for a week. Its a tough case but they have taken very good care of him. Jeff is the nurse i see working with him often and is patient, very attentive and easy to talk to and learn from. I am a nurse with ICU stepdown experience in a similar tough demographic area so i am aware of how things should be done. Yea the place is old and small but its the staff that make the place run. The ICU seems to be run well as far from the perspective of my education and experience. Though you usually get the sharper ones in the tough environments.

I delivered my baby in the spring on 2017 and I was beyond happy with everyone in the nursery ward. The attention, the help, the service, the care was truly wonderful. Their genuine help and care for me and my baby was truly amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better place to bring my baby into this world.

Don't go there at all!!!! If it's an emergency please go somewhere else your wait will be over 2hours and the intake people are so worried about your insurance and not what you are there for. They sit and talk while I was standing there for over 10 minutes I told her I'm dizzy and had to sit down smh the nurse was cool when I did get to the back. And if you are a African American please go somewhere in Detroit they put the European way before you

My scheduled stress test went off without a hitch. In fact, there was a discrepancy with the prescription written for the test so the nurse took the time to contact my primary care provider to clarify the missing information instead of just canceling my test. It did delay my test for about one hour but was still completed in a reasonable time. The attending employees were all very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire procedure explaining everything as it was being done. This included Tabatha the RN, Bridgette, Jeff and Linda the Nuclear Technicians, and Dr O'Neil. I would like to personally thank them for making this a pleasant experience for me.

I love the staff. The hospital is always nice. But I HATE the billing department. I paid my bill on the due date and they called me telling me I owed money when I most certainly didn’t and the last was just rude and disrespectful and TOLD me I owe money that I never paid when i had a confirmation number. WORST EVER. I absolutely HATE paying bills here, this isn’t the first time it’s happened either, it happens just about every time I pay
