My granddaughter and I were on our way from visiting Nashville. We had kind of an little emergency. When we arrived we didn't have time to sit down we were called immediately. The bedside manners were great from all of the staff. My granddaughter is 11 years old she was treated with respect and I appreciated that. We were in and out in no time . Thank you staff on that day you work hard and it's shows.

The emergency room in Sango is amazing. Having an emergency is never easy but when you are treated with professionalism and kindness it makes the whole experience better. The facility is clean and every employee that we came in contact with was pleasant. Highly recommend this facility

The front desk receptionist in the ER was externally rude but everyone else I encountered after that was amazing. They got me back immediately due to what I had going on and my doctor and his nurses were attentive and actually cared. I’ve been here other times and didn’t have that great of an experience but it was a way better experience than Bach has been for sure.

Saw a physician take the time to try to find a wheelchair for a patient and wheeled the patient out to their car. I have never seen a MD take time to do something like that. He was tall with black scrubs, dark hair, and a beard. I think his name was Dr. Patton? Real caring and a class act!
