If I could give negative stars it'd be negative 5 due to my brother in law laying in the floor in absolute pain and being refused treatment!

The worst treatment anyone could receive. The nurse told my husband to shut up when he tried to help me explain details of my injury after blunt force trauma to the head and the Dr. treated us like we had no idea what we were talking about. Unless you have no choice but to go to this hospital I insist you avoid it if you want accurate treatment.

I went to the ER because I had been having a migraine for the past week to see if they could give me something for it, and while I was there I asked if they could give me a pregnancy test. The nurse gave me an IV and pushed meds through the line. She blew my vain out and I have a huge painful bruise on my arm. I told her it hurt and she acted like she didn’t care. They also refused to give me a pregnancy test and didn’t even do a scan on my head to see if anything was wrong. I told them after the IV that my head was still hurting and it’s 2 days later and I STILL HAVE A MIGRAINE. They told me if it still hurts A WHOLE WEEK LATER to come back again. This is after I had to pay a $200 co-pay with military insurance. After I paid that they told me the rest of the bill would come later. THE REST OF THE BILL??? All I got was an IV and a high dosage of Benadryl and Tylenol and somehow it still seemed to cost me $500 AFTER insurance?! They only want your money.... I wouldn’t recommend going here for a bandage, let alone anything else. I still can’t believe they want me to go back in a week if it’s not better to do a scan.. like why didn’t they do that in the first place?????

Nurses are nice but the little Asian lady doesn’t bother getting to know anything and misdiagnosis is her specialty. She does not care about her patients.
