WORST PLACE EVER! I went in on 7/23/18 due to non-stop vomiting, severe pain under right rib cage and massive right sided head pain. Since I had labs drawn at Grace Clinic 4 days earlier I thought it would be good to come to the ER here. Walked in at 1 am to officer sitting watching TV and asked if I need to be seen. Then had to find someone. I was the only patient there. When finally in a room, the nurse started IV and instead of capping of IV she let blood run all over floor, bed and my arm while she walked across the room to get something. When Dr. Patel finally came in he didn't say anything. He sat his stethoscope down on right side chest & as soon as it touched moved to the left and turned around and walked out of the room. Never saw him again. Nurse came in and said I was dehydrated so pushed a bag of fluids. About 45 mins later she discharged me with a muscle relaxer script and left. When I finally got out of the bed and walked out of the room there was nobody around to walk me out of the hallway to their lobby where there was nobody at either. VERY FRUSTRATING!!! Then to get the bill for $2,3075.04 for ER and another for $1,515.00 for the Dr. who was in the room for less than a minute and said nothing to me. So I called the Quality Coordinator and she said they would pull the file and review it. I was just notified that they think I received adequate service to justify the large bills. Three Days after I was in the Grace ER my husband went to his doctor and was telling her about the experience and she said that he was the second person in 3 days with the same experience for this place. I will make sure I let everyone I know about my experience. I always go to Grace Clinic and love it there but I will be changing all of our doctors to another facility after this experience with their Medical Center ER.

Dr Henry's staff never answer the phone & NEVER return phone calls. Plus the only thing Dr Henry sees patients for is their yearly check ups. Anything else, IF you can get a response, they tell you to go to the walk in clinic. Seriously. Everything! Clinic miss diagnosed me three times!!

Was going here for my ankle that has been hurting for over 2 years. Last time I went in they asked me to get another set of xrays, the 3rd set since I was recommended to their orthopedist, and it turned out they suddenly weren't in network with my insurance and that they were billing me 400 dollars for each set of xrays they kept having me get and besides all that they keep sending me more and more bills being updated 5 months-6 months from the first visit charging me all kinds of ridiculous charges. Besides all that I seen the actual orthopedist once and he told me that I needed to keep coming back so my foot will actually heal. Every visit after the first he was sick and out of the office forcing me to see he assistant. My foot is still hurt and I have no other way to get it seen because of all the bills this place left me with.

If I could give less stars, I would. If you have any say in which hospital you go to, do not go to this one. I was appalled at the night nurses, every single night. They were no help, whatsoever. I can’t imagine what people have to go through if they have no family there to help- because the staff wasn’t helpful at all at night.

They made me feel that I didn't matter. Then they put me in a room as big as a closet with no bed. I hurt my back and can't sit so I had to stand for 2 hours waiting to go back to see a Dr. Then they put me in a room with a chair.
