WORST PLACE EVER! I went in on 7/23/18 due to non-stop vomiting, severe pain under right rib cage and massive right sided head pain. Since I had labs drawn at Grace Clinic 4 days earlier I thought it would be good to come to the ER here. Walked in at 1 am to officer sitting watching TV and asked if I need to be seen. Then had to find someone. I was the only patient there. When finally in a room, the nurse started IV and instead of capping of IV she let blood run all over floor, bed and my arm while she walked across the room to get something. When Dr. Patel finally came in he didn't say anything. He sat his stethoscope down on right side chest & as soon as it touched moved to the left and turned around and walked out of the room. Never saw him again. Nurse came in and said I was dehydrated so pushed a bag of fluids. About 45 mins later she discharged me with a muscle relaxer script and left. When I finally got out of the bed and walked out of the room there was nobody around to walk me out of the hallway to their lobby where there was nobody at either. VERY FRUSTRATING!!! Then to get the bill for $2,3075.04 for ER and another for $1,515.00 for the Dr. who was in the room for less than a minute and said nothing to me. So I called the Quality Coordinator and she said they would pull the file and review it. I was just notified that they think I received adequate service to justify the large bills. Three Days after I was in the Grace ER my husband went to his doctor and was telling her about the experience and she said that he was the second person in 3 days with the same experience for this place. I will make sure I let everyone I know about my experience. I always go to Grace Clinic and love it there but I will be changing all of our doctors to another facility after this experience with their Medical Center ER.
