I went to the emergency room with a migraine headache. We were there for about 3 hours. They gave me a CAT scan, and some medication. Even though I had insurance they sent me a bill for over 4500.00 They would not negotiate on this . I would have been better off not having any insurance because they would have taken money off the outrageous bill!!

I have had several experiences here and each time I’ve thought I just need to give it a second/third/fourth try. Unfortunately, this hospital is just not for me. Every experience I have had I’ve waited and waited to be seen. The doctors are sub par at best. I was to get an ultrasound during one ER visit but their machine was broken and they didn’t have a backup (what?). If you’re just looking to get a UTI tested at midnight, go here. Otherwise, trek to the city or to St Luke’s.

My husband was told by his PCP to go to the ER ASAP. First we went to Doylestown hospital ER and waited 2 hours with no end in sight. We left and went to Grandview hospital ER and he was seen and treated within 45 minutes. The doctor was nice and thorough and the staff efficient and kind. We were out the door in about an hour and 20 minutes.

Horrible Charge Nurse. I took a family member to the ER recently for an emergency. The nurse and other staff were friendly and competent, but the Charge Nurse was a horrible, nasty woman. If it wasn't for the fact that I was trying to keep my family member calm and not panicked, I would have told her off for the way she acted. Unprofessional and disgusting was her nasty attitude. No one like that should be working with the public, period!

Worst, dirtiest, low budget hospital ever. Aside from the nurses, everything about this place was terrible. I suffered from neck and back injuries from a car accident and they had only checked my neck, completely ignoring my spine and back and quickly discharged me. Turns out I have 2 herniated discs. If there was any extra damage caused by ignoring one of my main complaints I will be seeking legal action. Terrible doctor. They werent even careful wheeling me around in a wheel chair. Just tear the place down already.
