I just got discharged for having a heart cath and a stent placed in my heart. The staff was amazing and my nurse's ALL made me very comfortable and informed about everything ! Thank you so much to you all. If I had a private room that would have been the only thing missing. But the place was packed and my room mate was pretty cool so I have no complaints at all. Thank you so much Grandview for the amazing treatment and support. Everyone was very professional and if I ever need hospitalized again, that's where I'm going .

The medical staff at Grandview Medical Center treated me with kindness and compassion from the moment I entered the facility. Being an uninsured patient, I was treated just as well if not better than a person of wealth and means. I actually felt that they were dedicated to their profession and worked hard in getting me back to good health. I know that my not having insurance is going to be a financial burden on my personal finances, however I want to repay Kettering Health Network for making me feel that my health mattered insurance or not. Thank you Grandview Medical Center Staff.

I called to make an appointment and they had VERY poor service. I will be looking into a different hospital. They were rude and did not seem as if they wanted to help at all. I do not recommend.

The important stuff they had handled... no complaints. What I had a problem with was the "lady" at the information desk. She was rude and acted like I was a bother asking for a patient. Then when she gave me directions, she spoke so softly, I could barely hear her. If you don't like what you're doing, stop doing it.
But again, the people involved with the actual procedure were fantastic.
