My ER experience was great. I will say... I arrived at 8am on a Saturday morning, so I was the only person in the lobby. I got in immediately. Everyone was efficient and knowledgeable with the exception of one RN.
There are some very good people here. There E.R. has very few good people as far as from a patient's perspective. Rude behavior and inappropriate conversations from there stations right ouyside your door.
This hospital h
as the rudest crew of any hospital I have ever been too. They send people home who are having heart attacks, they send people home when they knew I was septic this last round came back felt like death, admitted and suffer at the hands of nursing staff that have no clue what being human is. Left messages for Director of hospital, so did my attorney not a single call. My room mate brought my service dog into see me and she was refused entry by Rosemary the charge nurse. I informed her that she broke the law, and to expect a call from my attorney. I walked away came to my room and not more than 10 minutes passed and her so call supervisor runs down to me with total disrespect. And tosses down this saying these are our rules. Puts her hand on her hip smuggly walks off lol as if she thinks she is queen of Shiba. Maybe she should have read what she gave me. My pal is a registered service animal
I, only, selected one star, because I had to, in order to write my review. This place is the worst. The most unprofessional people I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with "work" here. Lazy. Entitled. Judgemental. Button pushers that don't identify themselves, when answering the phone, and expect that they can act any kind of way and all of us "commoners" should just smile and take it. Oh, and, they are so above everything that, in the event you wish to file a formal complaint, they can refuse to supply the necessary information to do so, because Supervisor Shannon, whom after being caught in multiple lies regarding the information needed to file a complaint, doesn't "feel obligated to." Supervisor Shannon says that it's not my right to file my own formal complaint, because she "will take it up with 'Quality.'" Oh, and, don't even think of letting a hint of frustration show, no matter how many times Supervisor Shannon or her employees talk over you, while you attempt to explain the situation and get the necessary information; because, then, Supervisor Shannon will tell you that, "you're being 'hostile' and I will end the call." Great job GHCH. Way to mess up; and, be nasty when your patient calls you to have it fixed.
