I, only, selected one star, because I had to, in order to write my review. This place is the worst. The most unprofessional people I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with "work" here. Lazy. Entitled. Judgemental. Button pushers that don't identify themselves, when answering the phone, and expect that they can act any kind of way and all of us "commoners" should just smile and take it. Oh, and, they are so above everything that, in the event you wish to file a formal complaint, they can refuse to supply the necessary information to do so, because Supervisor Shannon, whom after being caught in multiple lies regarding the information needed to file a complaint, doesn't "feel obligated to." Supervisor Shannon says that it's not my right to file my own formal complaint, because she "will take it up with 'Quality.'" Oh, and, don't even think of letting a hint of frustration show, no matter how many times Supervisor Shannon or her employees talk over you, while you attempt to explain the situation and get the necessary information; because, then, Supervisor Shannon will tell you that, "you're being 'hostile' and I will end the call." Great job GHCH. Way to mess up; and, be nasty when your patient calls you to have it fixed.
