Our family is very disappointed with the quality and level of care this hospital has provide to our family, specialty in the SUB-ACUTE UNIT most of the staff don't follow thru when ever families have a compliant. It seems to me that supervisors and upper management aren't doing their job properly, so to all those families who are considering care for their love ones, Please, Please think twice on coming to this hospital. (Some staff are racist, Horrible staff rude to patients families, Management needs to improve patient services.)
I went to visit my great grandmother in the subacute department.. When I got there she was up in the big room and she was happy and playing puzzles with Heidi the activities person. I reallly loved how all the nurses were nice and friendly. Keep up the good work!
Am pleased with the hospitality. Everyone knew what they were doing. I will sure miss the staff.
Just called there because my mother that’s in a nursing home was sent there to the ER with specific instructions that I’m her caregiver/ responsible party and to release information to me regarding her status/ what’s being done to her and the two people that helped me were very rude, not sympathetic or caring and to top it off condescending cutting me off and sarcastic have in mind I’m worried, stressed wanting to know my mothers health and status; their names are Renee and Kelly in the ER.
Needless to say I’m her caregiver/ responsible guardian and she’s a patient with dementia and Alzheimer’s, how are they not letting me know how my mother is. Very unproffesional, rude, poorly sympathetic to the worry I as her daughter have by not knowing how she is doing or any update on what is being done to my mother there.
I’m a state liscensed health specialist and I’m aware of my rights and my mothers as her guardian therefor I will be reporting this to the California state medical board.
This hospital Has no idea what they're doing sadly! my son was there for weeks before I transferred him out, if he had stayed any longer he would be dead.
