Too much mis communication and wasted money on my part to list. I could write a book. I switched doctors and if it doesn't get better I will go elsewhere. I'm kind of fed up...

Ryker Carruthers

They couldn’t find any problem unless it was attached to their forehead.

All staff besides the doctor were exceptional. Arrogant and close mindedness on his part.my child had a crp of two, with severe abdominal pain, yet this guy gave him a shot of toradol and said look, he's fine.........even uncle Google said probably Appendix?! Let alone we went through the same with our daughter four years ago. Ole Dr. EPP is a joke. Off to Mercy we go!!

The worst hospital I've ever been to!! The staff are just rude and condescending jerks!!

If I could give the idiot er doctors no stars I would!!! After my father went in with chest pain that wouldn’t go away with nitro tablets, he has an extensive heart history for the last 29 years, they wanted to send him home because his tests all looked okay!!! His test have never shown problems even when having heart attacks which it states in his files! I live an hour and a half away and had to yell at the doctor on call to make her call his heart doctor in DSM!!! Ends up he did have a mild heart attack and had one blockage 95% and one 80%!! If he would have stayed in Creston or went home like she wanted him to do he would have died!!! Wouldn’t send my dog for those people to take care of!!!!
