As a retired RN, I know how hectic and crazy a surgical unit can become. The entire staff at Greenbrier Day surgery are amazing, considerate, compassionate, and very professional. I cannot thank the wonderful nurses enough. Each one made my surgical experience a bit more pleasant. I would recommend this hospital to anyone who needs quality care!

My father passed away at this hospital when I was 8. I now feel like they didn't do a good job of keeping him comfortable or help him in anyway. The nurse called us at 3 in the morning to tell us he passed away, that there made me even more angry. Also my stepdad was there one evening and he sat back there for over an hour before the doctor or a nurse came in to check on him. Very slow and horrible staff.

Unhappy at best. My sister in-law was having an asthma attack, meanwhile we somehow got to the hospital before the ambulance, had to sit in the waiting room for a half hour, then still waited an hour for any doctor to show up. All the while my sister in-law is coughing and struggling to breath at all with severe chest pains.

The emergency room won't do anything to help you and although my doctor was amazing when I gave birth here my attending nurse was horrible. She yelled at me, did not guide me at all on how or when to push, ignored us for hours at a time, and would not give me anything to help my low blood sugar even tho I was told it would be treated.
