ER staff was great with my mother. The doctor was very professional & caring. He did the necessary testing, treated her with respect & answered any questions/concerns. The nurses & tech were great also with prompt care & awesome treatment. The time from arrival to ER room was less than 3 minutes. She saw a doctor & had testing completed within an hour. She was admitted within 4 hours. At the last hospital ER she went to admission took 11 hours. Greenview has care & compassion. Thanks for awesome people & care!

I went to Greenview for outpatient surgery. The care that I received was phenomenal! Nurses that administered labs and IV had over 30 years experience and it definitely showed! Very gentle. Everyone that I came in contact with was very friendly and made sure all my questions were answered and made sure I was comfortable. Almost felt more like a hotel than a hospital!

The nursing staff could use sensitivity training on patients with severe depression. I have bipolar disorder with a tendency towards depression. The fact that I also had low sodium which also contributed to the depression was lost on nurse Beverly. My last day in the hospital, she turned on me and told me I was a horrible person and she would treat me as such.

She knew how much I wanted to be out in the sunshine. On Wednesday I asked if I could go outside. She produced a long sheet of paper where I had to sign and initial many boxes. She informed me if my alarms from my heart monitor went off I would be dispelled from the hospital. I told her there were no alarms I could hear from the monitor. She looked at me and smiled, then said, no there was not. I was very disappointed but I stayed indoors.

The following day was when she came into my room and said it was a beautiful, sunshiny day out. I asked her not to say that. That was when she turned and told me how awful I was. I did not curse anyone. I wanted to be left alone. The other nurses were far more understanding of my feelings and what I was going through.

I have been at Greenview Tristar hospital many times, primarily for surgeries. I have never been treated so poorly. The experience has caused me to not go to any hospital. I have continued to experience low sodium and potassium causing high blood pressure and migraines. I have been self medicating with bananas and Gatorade.

Had a great experience at Greenview. The staff was wonderful and the surgical staff was amazing. I will certainly use them again if necessary in the future.
