This hospital is the worst in the state of Florida. The wait was unbelievable. Took almost 2 hours to see a doctor in the ER. All the stations were empty. You had to walk around to find a nurse. They had plenty of red shirts. They empty the trash. But not medical professionals. Do not go here if you can avoid it. This is not the first time we had this problem but it will be our last.

My sister is in the ICU at the Fountain Building. While she has been there the nurses and all the care givers have been absolutely the best. They have given her the best possible treatment and done so with professionalism. I feel like she is getting the best possible care and would recommend the hospital to anyone. I read some of the other reviews, and I know that usually people that want to vent are the only ones that take the time to right a review. The people who were completely satisfied, unfortunately, don't write reviews. If I could give them 10 stars, I would do that, without hesitation.

Stay away I'm a medical school student and I have never seen such patient neglect in my life they will hold u here for as long as possible... if u love ur family or care about ur health go anywhere else!

I would give this place a zero if I could. Terrible place. Waited for an hour and never got called to a room. Went in with excruciating back pain and a fractured hand and nothing. Won't ever go back to that place. Even if I was dying I rather just die than go there.

My husband went for checking his arteries possible blockage and the doctor said he got one good news and one bad news. To make the story short they told my husband had leukemia. He was admitted for a biopsy of bone marrow. Next day they said he can't have the procedure done because he needs to be off the blood thinners medication. Now didn't they know what kind of medication my husband was on? So now they said the new blood tests was totally different. Are you f** kidding me? What the hell are you doing. We asked for him to get discharged and rather see his own oncologist because you people don't know sht.
